Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process for Returning Items

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Support@eritreandresses.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Shipping Label: You may choose your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing Times

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
  • Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@eritreandresses.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
